Designed and developed new and existing pages for Fisher-Price.com using a custom .NET C# MVC framework with an emphasis on browser compatibility. Tested both new and old sites in the latest browsers for CSS and JavaScript compatibility and fixed production issues that arose. Enhanced Mattel and Fisher-Price intranet application using ASP and JavaScript. Worked with framework architect to deploy a more generic version of the MVC framework for improved compatibility with other systems.

Designed, developed, and deployed web sites using PHP, JavaScript, XHTML, and CSS with an emphasis on standards based markup and cross-browser compatibility. Actively educated myself on emerging technologies (Ruby on Rails and Comet) and opportunities and offered recommendations and solutions. Successfully managed a seamless server transfer of the entire client base. Monitored server activity, made recommendations on new hosting plans based on client needs, and provided support to clients regarding server issues. Designed and developed a database-driven workflow management system for in-house use.
